Leadership
Ous was founded by owners Dinari Brown and Lucia Guillen-Arce. After decades of experience throughout the hospitality industry, the pair decided to team up to launch Ous Hospitality to serve the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Dinari Brown
As co-owner of Ous Hospitality, Chef Dinari Brown leverages 21 years of experience in food production, culinary arts education, and hospitality management to deliver leading edge solutions that deliver unique and seamless experiences for our clients. Ous Hospitality culminates the collective knowledge Chef Brown has garnered among industry experts and pioneers at world renowned 5-star hotels (Ritz-Carlton Hotels), elite luxury resorts (Resort at Pelican Hill), celebrated markets (Market Hall Foods), groundbreaking stadiums(49ers Levi's Stadium), Michelin rated restaurants, award winning culinary career technical education programs, and impactful nonprofit organizations.
Throughout Chef Brown’s professional career, catering, hospitality consulting, and training have always been underlying passions secondary to the demanding professional positions that dominated his time. Now, Chef Brown offers dedicated service and focuses on directly serving clientele and aiding other businesses to succeed in safely operating at an efficient, sustainable, and elevated level.

Lucia Guillen-Arce
Lucia Guillen-Arce is co-owner of Ous Hospitality and touts an eclectic professional background. Lucia’s experiences include diverse positions in client management, accounting, retail operations, customer service, financial and banking institutions, and nonprofit development. The administrative and management projects Lucia has successfully engaged in have prepared her for the multitude of scenarios the Ous Hospitality clients present. Her multifaceted background maintains Ous Hospitality’s ability to consistently remain creative in our organizational approach while efficiently delivering on schedule and on budget. The everchanging hospitality industry keeps Lucia engaged and ensures Ous Hospitality keeps abreast of the latest trends and best industry practices employed by top corporate and business entities. Innovation and risk management are all areas that Lucia manages for our diverse clients.
